the room had a lovely big balcony with a recliner and table chairs. i found the location good for accessing shops, buses, restaurants, and bars. the staff were all friendly and professional (a real plus!).
i found no plug in my sink. noise from schoolchildren in a nearby room was quite disruptive. the noise affected my sleep.

i was happy with the location. bars and restaurants are close. it was easy to use public transport across the island. the room had fresh towels provided. the room was cleaned every day. the shower was hot.
it took a long time to come. there are nine floors so waiting could be long. the small frosted window overlooked vents. fumes came in, so i kept the window closed.

The staff were friendly. The location is great, just in front of the ferry terminal (easy access to Valletta). I received a discount at the restaurant downstairs for orders above a certain amount.
